периодического переключения индуктивности в колебательном RLC контуре, позволяющая, по законам
коммутации и сохранения заряда, получить неисчерпаемую электрическую энергию (вечный двигатель)
в относительной точке (в электрической схеме). Схема, с некоторыми, функционально несущественными
изменениями, опубликована в интернет с 2009 года, а позже в статье научного авторитетного журнала
и в книгах Зиновьева В.П., в качестве, практически подтвержденого специалистами, 30 - кратного КПД
(30 единиц, или 3000% КПД), при непрерывных трех Ваттах входной и около 100 Ватт выходной мощностях.

Наблюдая за погодой на планете, можно видеть, что Луна является одним из главных передатчиков
космической энергии на планету Земля, активно воздействующих на погоду.
Можно несравненно точнее прогнозировать погоду северного полушария Земли, используя это
наблюдение.
Космические энергии, отражаясь к Земле от поверхности Луны, работают по типу лазерного луча,
двигающегося по поверхности Земли.
Этот луч проходит по поверхности Земли, в соответствии с движением Луны вокруг Земли, неся на
нее потоки тепла или холода.
Если полнолуние, то, отраженные от Луны на Землю, лучи космоса и Солнца, несут к Земле
тепло Солнца и холод космоса. Эти лучи вызывают движение холодных потоков космоса и атмосферы
Земли, неся на Землю сильный холод. Северное полушарие Земли наиболее эффективно подвергается
холодному облучению космоса и Севера во время полнолуния. Это облучение вызывает соответствующие
вихри, вращающиеся в атмосфере Земли и вызывающие движения соответствующих воздушных потоков
по поверхности Земли. Зимой, при полнолунии, в северном полушарии Земли наблюдается наибольшее
похолодание. Зимой, при новолунии, в северном полушарии Земли, естественно наблюдается наибольшее
потепление.
Между полнолунием и новолунием, идущие от Луны к Земле лучи, изменяют величины тепла и
холода.
Тучи и облака тормозят лучи тепла и холода, снижая холод во время полнолуния.
Фазовые переходы Луны вызывают изменения величин соответствующих зарядов емкостей между
Луной и Землей. Наблюдаются резкие поглощения и выделения энергий по типу электрических схем.

в это время небо было закрыто облаками. Тогда отраженные от Луны, космические и солнечные лучевые энергии,
не смогут активно пробивать облака для охлаждения Земли.

Нелинейность перехода луны, от полнолуния к новолунию, вызывает нелинейный процесс изменения погоды.
В этом месяце, январе 2014 года, Луна очень медленно выходит из полнолуния, но быстро проходит участок
новолуния. В результате наблюдается сильный холод (морозы). Долго и сильно действующие, отраженные от Луны,
потоки солнечных энергий, вызывают северные потоки холода на Землю, открывая от облаков землю, на которую
устремляются холодные потоки космических излучений.
Нужно усиливать, на северное полушарие Земли, потоки тепла экватора. Тогда тепло экватора обогреет северное
полушарие Земли, вызовет появление облаков, закрывающих сильный доступ холода космоса на Землю.
29.01.2014г. В этом месяце, январе 2014 года, Луна проходит участок полнолуния, в десять раз медленнее,
чем участок новолуния. Освещение Луны Солнцем, после полнолуния, уменьшается сначала на один процент в день.
При подходе к новолунию, Луна уменьшает свое освещение Солнцем почти на десять процентов.
Значит, в десятки раз больше нужно усиливать потоки тепла экватора на северное полушарие Земли.
Тогда мороз резко уменьшится!
